Coach Pfeifer on Tanascu: “Jason is one of the more pleasant surprises for our staff to this point. He is a very good athlete. He can shoot the ball and he knows how to play. The key will be his growth and aggressiveness. The more aggressive he gets the higher level of production he will be able to contribute to our program this year.”
Carroll College (2006-2009): Helped lead the Saints to a 20-7 record this past season ... as a redshirt freshman (2007-08) he had a knack for putting the ball in the basket as he shot 61 percent from the field and 66 percent from beyond the arc in 18 games.
High School: A three-time all-conference selection and an all-state selection averaging 15 points, 7.3 assists and 5.8 rebounds per game ... played a key role in the Bruins' state runner-up finish in 2006 ... named to the Montana Class C all-state team. |
